• Product notes, billing questions, and privacy requests: sign in and use Feedback. Start the message with Privacy or Billing when that is the topic.
• Public bugs and feature ideas with no personal data: GitHub issues. Do not post emails, IDs, or payment details there.

Delete your account

Signed-in players (including guests) can erase the account from this page or from home. That is the erasure path. Unused chips are a license that ends with the account, not a cash refund.
